Chief Design Officer (AI)

What you will do

• Set the design direction and quality standards across group products.
• Work directly on or review critical user journeys, product concepts, and interfaces.
• Translate complex financial and AI workflows into simple consumer experiences.
• Establish standards for product design, interaction design, visual design, and design systems.
• Review shipped products and identify usability and design issues.
• Collaborate with product and engineering from early concepts through production, while recruiting and assessing senior designers.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of shipped consumer technology products with meaningful usage.
• Deep product and interaction design expertise, with a hands-on focus beyond people management.
• Strong visual judgment and attention to interface details.
• Ability to prototype and communicate product interactions directly.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering on shipped products.
• Ability to create, critique, and materially improve design work directly.
