CVP of Design (AI)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product design vision across hirify.global’s product line, including visual design, interaction design, workflows, and platform evolution.
• Define and execute a design strategy connected to measurable business and product outcomes.
• Build, scale, and lead a global design organization through hiring, mentoring, and talent development.
• Champion design systems and UX best practices across a complex, technical, developer-facing product suite.
• Guide design for agentic and AI-driven features and engage directly with customers, users, and industry leaders.
• Represent design at the executive level and partner with Product and Engineering to embed design early in product development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of management experience in product design, UX, or a related field, including leading and scaling global teams.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product design leadership, strategic product thinking, workflows, and platform evolution.
• Deep expertise in design systems and UX best practices, ideally for developer tools, API-based tools, or similarly complex products.
• Good understanding of the agentic domain and its influence on product and design decisions.
• Experience defining design strategy that drives measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.
