Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Warren, Michigan, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote; must be able to report to the local office.

What you will do

• Enhance, build, and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products on the Force.com platform.
• Design and develop critical technology solutions supporting business objectives.
• Program and configure Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, OmniScript, and Flex Cards.
• Design large-scale solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Chatter, and related Force.com offerings.
• Apply object-oriented design patterns, security models, database concepts, data modeling, and application architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or in a related occupation; alternatively, a relevant master’s degree plus 3 years of experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with software development and Salesforce development.
• Experience with Force.com Apex, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, OmniScript, Flex Cards, JavaScript ES6, and ReactJS or similar platforms.
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce security models, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Chatter, Salesforce Lightning UI, database concepts, data modeling, and application architecture.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Must be able to work the hybrid schedule and report to the Warren, Michigan office.
