Assembly Operator Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite production role. First, second, third, and weekend shifts are available.

Salary: $24.24–$44.42 per hour, with potential eligibility for additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Support daily production goals and maintain uninterrupted flow across assigned assembly areas.
• Communicate with production resources to resolve operational problems.
• Reduce waste and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate employee training and staffing for the assigned area.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and communicate job expectations.

Requirements

• At least one year of production or manufacturing experience with lead experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Work order management skills.
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, manufacturing or ihirify.globalory software, and the Internet.
• Ability to monitor, coach, and enforce production policies and procedures.
• Ability to train operators on standard work, work instructions, machine adjustments, product quality, and applicable procedures.
