Manager, Technical Platform Owner - XR/VR

Location: Hybrid role based in Raritan, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $104,000–$177,100 annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead planning, deployment, operation, and transformation of site education-platform technology solutions.
• Translate business priorities, operational challenges, and risks into short- and mid-term technology roadmaps.
• Own technology demand, capability planning, investment cases, lifecycle management, and alignment with enterprise platforms.
• Coordinate internal teams, enterprise product groups, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Manage IT budgets, total cost of ownership, vendor performance, delivery quality, and cost optimization.
• Lead operational reliability, incident and escalation management, root-cause analysis, cybersecurity, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• At least 7 years of related IT experience.
• Experience leading technology delivery and support in a regulated manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.
• Ability to create technology roadmaps, prioritize investments, manage budgets, and translate business needs into executable plans.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, managing concurrent initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, project management, or Agile delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in MedTech, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or other regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or supply-chain processes and related technology solutions.
• Familiarity with XR/VR, LMS, digital ecosystems, CRM, AI, cybersecurity, and technology lifecycle management.
