Globalization Quality Coordinator (AI)

Location: Fully remote within Ireland; Cork, Ireland. Preferred working hours are 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a desirable 4:00 PM–6:00 PM overlap with US-based stakeholders.

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and update professional Keynote presentations for leadership and project teams.
• Coordinate project activities, meetings, schedules, deliverables, and operational milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, reports, process documentation, and status updates.
• Track quality metrics, KPIs, risks, blockers, and project progress.
• Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Support quality assurance, evaluation activities, vendor operations, and AI-related operational initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in coordination, operations, administration, executive assistance, project support, or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational, time management, written communication, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience producing documentation, reports, trackers, and status updates.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work remotely from Ireland and preferably overlap with US-based stakeholders from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Nice to have

• Experience in localization, globalization, language operations, or content operations.
• Project management experience.
• Exposure to AI, AI evaluation, Large Language Models, machine learning operations, or related fields.
• Experience with vendors, suppliers, quality assurance processes, KPI tracking, Keynote, or similar presentation tools.
