Quality Monitoring Feedback Associate - Localisation - Norwegian

Location: Hybrid in Dublin 3, Ireland. Working hours are 9AM-6PM, with possible future flexibility requirements.

What you will do

• Plan and execute manual test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.
• Log, track, retest, escalate, and help resolve defects using internal tracking tools.
• Document test results and communicate issues and updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development, product, and support teams to understand requirements and support timely delivery.
• Support the resolution of customer incidents, requests, and technical issues.

Requirements

• Norwegian at C2 level and English at C1 level are required.
• Professional proficiency in German is required.
• High school diploma, GED, or any graduation qualification.
• 0–1 years of experience; strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Resilience and coping skills are required because the role may involve exposure to sensitive content, flashing lights, or contrasting light and dark patterns.
