Localization Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Poland (Remote)

Salary: 95,200–138,710 PLN, plus eligibility for the company bonus plan and potentially additional incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end localization projects across languages, content types, and global markets.
• Design and operate automated workflows between content management systems and translation providers.
• Manage automated and human quality checks, coordinate with linguists, and resolve recurring translation issues.
• Own Translation Memory, glossaries, and style guides, and create locale-specific prompts for EU languages.
• Optimize Smartling, Adobe Experience Manager, translation technologies, and AI-assisted localization workflows.
• Track turnaround times, quality scores, and cost efficiency while documenting scalable processes and collaborating with marketing, web, product, and vendor teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing or leading end-to-end localization projects for a large, global organization.
• Hands-on experience with Smartling, Adobe Experience Manager, translation management systems, CAT tools, and automated translation workflows.
• Experience maintaining Translation Memory, glossaries, and style guides; resolving inconsistencies and deploying locale-specific prompts.
• Fluency in AI-assisted workflows, including evaluating outputs, identifying suitable use cases, and maintaining responsible feedback loops.
• Working knowledge of HTML, web content structures, regex, localization automation, and CMS-driven web environments.
• Native-level fluency in at least one language in addition to English; German, Spanish, or French experience is desired.
