Senior Recruiter

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and a minimum of two days in person.

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market insights.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, present strong candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely communication and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Industry or niche-sector knowledge.
