Senior Recruiter

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers on organizational design, headcount planning, role scoping, and hiring strategy.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through interviews, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Build candidate pipelines and pools for hard-to-fill business, technical, product, and creative roles across different locations.
• Provide talent-market, compensation, and competitive insights to support hiring decisions.
• Improve recruiting processes through data analysis and performance metrics.
• Deliver a high-quality, values-aligned candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for technical, product, and/or creative roles.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers, including role scoping, candidate calibration, and hiring decisions.
• Proven ability to close candidates in competitive markets and manage offer negotiations.
• Strong sourcing, communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data to improve recruiting outcomes.

• Experience recruiting for consumer, social, or platform-based products.
• Experience hiring for trust and safety, content moderation, or community-focused roles.
• Experience supporting technical and creative organizations or working in an embedded recruiting role.
• Startup or high-growth technology company experience.
• Interest in VR, online communities, or experience as a hirify.global user and creator.
