Auto Physical Damage Claim Representative

Salary: $55,200.00-$91,100.00 annual base salary

What you will do

• Manage low- to moderate-complexity auto physical damage claims from first notice of loss through resolution and settlement.
• Evaluate policy terms, coverage, liability, exclusions, vehicle damage, and total loss claims.
• Coordinate with appraisal teams and repair facilities to obtain accurate damage assessments and support timely resolution.
• Investigate claims, gather and document relevant facts, and maintain accurate records in claims management systems.
• Determine and negotiate settlement amounts, prepare claim correspondence, and communicate decisions to insureds, claimants, representatives, and internal stakeholders.
• Adopt new technology, system upgrades, digital tools, and AI-related implementations while maintaining service quality.

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia, United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of auto claim handling or comparable claim experience, or successful completion of the hirify.global Auto Claim Representative training program.
• Bachelor’s degree and two years of auto claim handling experience are preferred; an active adjuster license is required where applicable.
• Proficiency with claims management systems, Microsoft Office, and enterprise technology platforms.
• Strong communication, judgment, customer service, conflict resolution, organization, and decision-making skills.
