Senior Claims Specialist-Stop Loss

Location: Hybrid; must reside near a Voya location in the United States — Minneapolis, MN; Windsor, CT; Atlanta, GA; Charleston, SC; or Boston, MA.

Salary: $56,220–$70,280 annual base salary, plus potential incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Analyze insurance claims and determine accurate, timely payments.
• Process and support the payment of stop loss and medical claims.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Lead problem-solving activities in a team environment.
• Handle additional duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of insurance claims experience.
• Effective customer service, oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel proficiency preferred.
• Must reside near one of the listed Voya locations in the United States.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of stop loss or medical claims experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
