Senior Manager Digital Product (Dynamics 365)

Location: Mesa, Arizona, United States; up to 20% travel required

What you will do

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and outcomes for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop product managers, product owners, and cross-functional product teams.
• Oversee delivery, backlog management, release planning, dependency management, governance, and continuous improvement across multiple product teams.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, implementation teams, business leaders, dealers, Microsoft, and implementation partners.
• Drive business readiness, user adoption, training enablement, organizational change, and product performance measurement.
• Manage enhancements, defects, technical debt, new capabilities, and Microsoft release updates across Dynamics 365 domains.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Finance & Operations applications.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, security, data models, integrations, reporting, environment strategy, release waves, and implementation lifecycles.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, CRM, ERP, or enterprise applications.
• Experience leading product managers, product owners, or cross-functional product teams and enterprise software products through adoption and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Azure DevOps.
• Bachelor's degree in a related business, technology, engineering, supply chain, finance, or marketing field preferred. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Experience in dealer, manufacturing, industrial distribution, rental, B2B, or B2B2C environments.
