Salary: $126,500–$208,700 annual base salary

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for Finance & Accounting and Human Resources Leadership Development Programs.
• Develop recruitment, internship, selection, placement, performance management, compensation, and participant development strategies.
• Partner with business leadership to create rotational assignments and meaningful development opportunities.
• Lead planning efforts to build a diverse pipeline of future leadership talent and advise management on development plans.
• Coach program participants and manage talent calibration, performance, and compensation processes.
• Develop, review, and revise best-practice policies while implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in Leadership Development or a related area.
• Experience with developmental programs and people leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational ability.
