What you will do

• Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives, culture, and growth priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to identify capability gaps, leadership development opportunities, and workforce readiness needs.
• Design and lead leadership development, management training, talent, and career development programs.
• Use learning analytics, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee learning technologies, content strategies, and delivery methods for engaging, scalable development experiences.
• Build a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, employee engagement, and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• At least 10 years of related professional experience.
• At least 5–6 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Extensive experience leading learning and development, talent development, or organizational effectiveness functions in a complex organization.
• Expertise in leadership development, adult learning principles, performance management, talent development, learning technologies, and digital learning solutions.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, presentation, and senior stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide learning and leadership development programs.
• Experience in payments, financial services, technology, or rapidly evolving business environments.
• Professional certifications in learning and development, talent management, coaching, or organizational development.
