Director - Human Resources

Location: Onsite in Dublin, Ohio, at least 4 days per week, or remote from the Orlando, Tampa, or Miami area. Travel is required approximately 30% of the time.

Salary: $154,000–$277,000 annually, plus a target annual bonus of 25% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead the people agenda and provide direction for the US Operations Human Resources organization.
• Partner with US Operations leaders to build talent pipelines and organizational capability.
• Create and deploy processes and systems that support talent development and succession planning.
• Develop resources and field capabilities for franchisees, leaders, and HR employees.
• Introduce best practices that support restaurant operators and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of generalist HR experience.
• Experience growing, developing, and managing an HR team.
• Ability to communicate business objectives and recommendations to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
• Knowledge of and experience with franchise organizations, including franchisors and franchisees.
• Experience supporting teams and client groups across a large, distributed geography.
