Senior Director, Talent Acquisition & Development Planning, Operations & Adoption

Location: Milwaukee, WI Corporate

Salary: $160,000–$240,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead learning and training teams responsible for enterprise compliance, regulatory, and product qualification programs.
• Direct advisor credentialing, professional designations, and Talent Acquisition & Development adoption initiatives, including NM University.
• Build long-term learning and performance support strategies for operations across the home office and field.
• Develop modular blended learning solutions and ensure effective implementation, delivery, quality, and measurement.
• Establish performance metrics, monitor trends, and communicate business impact to stakeholders.
• Support operational planning, expense management, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience, including 5–7 years in business or learning within Operations or Technology.
• Experience identifying business goals, objectives, and key performance expectations.
• Ability to lead through change in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Strong consulting, leadership, negotiation, influencing, communication, planning, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work with executives, department heads, directors, cross-functional teams, and direct reports.
