Outside Property Claim Representative (AI)

Location: VA - Chantilly, United States; remote work combined with mobile inspections, work from home, or the nearest hirify.global office. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate at their own expense to the assigned territory.

Salary: $67,000.00 - $110,600.00 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentives.

What you will do

• Review, investigate, document, evaluate, negotiate, and settle first-party property claims.
• Conduct in-person inspections of residential and commercial properties, including roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas.
• Gather information, determine coverage under policy terms, assess damage, and prepare written or computer-assisted estimates.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, contractors, representatives, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate claim records and adapt to new systems, digital tools, and AI-related technology rollouts.
• Travel extensively, including possible overnight stays, and obtain required insurance licenses or UAS Remote Pilot Certification within three months.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and reside in or be willing to relocate to the assigned US territory at personal expense.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of property or comparable claims experience, or successful completion of the required hirify.global Claim Representative training program.
• Bachelor's degree and two years of property claims experience preferred.
• Active adjuster license where applicable; relevant insurance license or UAS Remote Pilot Certification must be obtained within three months.
• Proficiency with claims management and estimating software, Microsoft Office, enterprise technology systems, communication, negotiation, judgment, and customer service.
