Outside Property Claim Representative (AI)

Location: CA - Glendale; candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate at their own expense to the assigned San Gabriel Valley and Northeast greater Los Angeles territory. The role is based remotely with mobile work from a primary residence or hirify.global office, plus in-person inspections at residential and commercial properties. Extensive travel and occasional overnight stays may be required.

Salary: $67,000–$110,600 annual base salary, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards and a sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Review, investigate, document, evaluate, negotiate, and settle first-party property claims.
• Inspect homes and commercial properties, including roofs, attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas, to assess structural and contents damage.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, contractors, vendors, and representatives.
• Analyze policies, leases, contracts, bylaws, and other documents to determine coverage.
• Establish damage scopes and prepare written or computer-assisted estimates.
• Maintain claim records, communicate with stakeholders, and adapt to AI-enabled technology and digital tool rollouts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of property or comparable claims experience, or completion of the required hirify.global training program.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree and two years of property claims experience preferred for the ideal candidate.
• Active adjuster license where applicable; relevant insurance licenses and/or UAS Remote Pilot Certification must be obtained within three months of starting.
• Proficiency with claims management and estimating software, Microsoft Office, and enterprise technology systems.
• Ability to climb ladders weighing approximately 38–49 pounds, inspect confined areas, manage travel, and maintain professionalism in difficult situations.
