Technical Platform Owner - CPQ (MedTech)

Location: Raritan, New Jersey, United States; hybrid

Salary: $137,000–$236,325 base pay annually

What you will do

• Define the global CPQ product vision, strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end delivery across discovery, backlog management, release readiness, adoption, stabilization, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate dependencies across Sales, pricing, contracting, data, integrations, security, privacy, infrastructure, and adjacent customer experience platforms.
• Own the platform budget, resource plan, forecasts, supplier relationships, systems integrators, and portfolio reporting.
• Establish operating models for releases, incidents, service management, lifecycle management, risk, compliance, and business continuity.
• Lead and develop employees, contractors, and delivery partners while building product-management and delivery capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of progressively responsible experience in product management, platform management, commercial technology, enterprise applications, or technology delivery.
• Experience leading an enterprise CPQ, pricing, quoting, contracting, CRM, sales enablement, or comparable commercial platform.
• Strong knowledge of CPQ capabilities, including product configuration, pricing, approvals, quote generation, integrations, data, and contracting or order processes.
• Experience delivering complex global products across multiple functions, regions, teams, and technology platforms in regulated or highly controlled environments.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, integration and API patterns, data platforms, Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio, plus experience with agile delivery, service operations, risk management, and incident leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or another regulated industry.
• Deep experience with enterprise CPQ and pricing platforms and integrations with CRM, ERP, order management, analytics, identity, and contracting services.
• Experience with global template governance, controlled regional variation, organizational change, process simplification, and legacy-platform retirement.
• Experience with SAFe or another scaled delivery method and with platform operating models, service metrics, change controls, and production support.
