Production Supervisor - 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site five days per week in Newberry, South Carolina, United States

What you will do

• Lead the overall performance of a production team across safety, quality, cost, time, and output.
• Monitor and coordinate daily operations in a high-volume lean manufacturing environment.
• Supervise materials usage and maintain smooth production flow.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support plant programs and goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, HR, Finance, Materials, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement leaders.
• Communicate plant goals, coach employees, support development, and foster positive employee relations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
• Effective communication and supportive teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities, coach production associates, resolve conflicts, and maintain safety, quality, cost, 5S, and TAKT targets.
