Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Garner, North Carolina, United States; on-site

Salary: $25–$27 per hour plus potential monthly incentives

Family-owned home remodeling company specializing in roofing, siding, windows, doors, and bath remodeling across the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest.

What you will do

• Supervise Warehouse Logistics Specialists and Warehouse Associates, assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to the General Manager.
• Manage inventory cycle counts, maintain accurate records, and research custom warehouse orders.
• Coordinate incoming, outgoing, and will-call orders, including picking, pulling, fulfillment, and delivery of materials to installation jobsites.
• Maintain forklifts, ladders, tools, and other warehouse equipment, including completing inspections.
• Enforce warehouse safety, security, housekeeping, organization, and access-control procedures.
• Support customer-focused will-call operations and dispatch team members for jobsite deliveries and final clean-up.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and make effective decisions.
• Problem-solving skills for picking, staffing, and operational issues.
• Forklift certification or willingness to operate a forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform prolonged standing and other physical warehouse tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including occasional evening and weekend shifts.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
