Freight Flow Associate (Forklift)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; onsite at 5555 S Buckner Blvd

Salary: $19.00–$27.00 per hour, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed.

What you will do

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move, position, receive, and stage merchandise and pallets.
• Stock, organize, rotate, and display merchandise while maintaining inventory flow, in-stock levels, modular integrity, and required documentation.
• Pick and stage club pickup orders and perform occasional accuracy audits.
• Provide member service by locating merchandise, supporting purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and assisting with self-service technology.
• Maintain facility safety through safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous-material handling, sanitation, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Monitor shrink and security risks, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.

Requirements

• At least 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely use pallet jacks and operate forklifts.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, Texas.
