Hose Assembly Team Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Menominee, Michigan, United States; onsite weekend shift, Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:00pm

Salary: $23.00–$29.90 per hour; the weekend shift rate is $26.56 per hour including shift premium.

What you will do

• Coordinate with logistics teams and external carriers to arrange expedited shipments.
• Lead multifunctional meetings, track performance, and drive operational results.
• Manage inventory zones, address aged inventory, lead reconciliation, and investigate root causes.
• Lead problem-solving events and customer defect investigations to support continuous improvement.
• Track quality metrics and deliver Safety, Quality, Velocity, and Cost goals.
• Guide daily priorities, change management, training flexibility, and enforcement of safety procedures.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or logistics operation is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, mathematical and analytical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, work independently, and work overtime when required.
• Ability to occasionally lift parts up to 35 pounds individually or 70 pounds as a team lift and use required PPE.
