Warehouse Associate

Location: Anchorage, Alaska, United States; onsite at the retail shop

hirify.global supplies industrial, medical, and specialty gases, safety products, ammonia products, process chemicals, and related hardgoods across the United States.

What you will do

• Handle shipping and receiving of customer cylinders and hardgood products from vendors.
• Track private cylinders to ensure accurate fills and returns.
• Unload cylinders from route and transfer trucks and inspect products for quality and safety issues.
• Maintain SAP records for shipping, receiving, and inventory; reconcile discrepancies and report them to the branch manager.
• Pull orders from inventory, stock shelves, and maintain an organized, clean warehouse.

Requirements

• Ability to operate a forklift and maintain the required forklift certifications.
• Ability to work in a drug-free environment.
• Ability to read and understand written and computer-generated documents.
• Valid employment authorization in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of warehouse experience are preferred.
• Strong computer skills with SAP, Microsoft Office, and Google products are preferred.
