Assistant Night Manager Full Time (Retail)

Location: Northborough, MA #0211, United States; onsite overnight work

What you will do

• Lead overnight merchandising execution in partnership with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandising.
• Coordinate display setup, pallet movement, sales-floor resets, signage, and product availability before the club opens.
• Coach, teach, and motivate overnight team members while directing work without direct supervisory responsibility.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, taking responsibility for club operations, team leadership, and member engagement.
• Maintain equipment and building readiness, including forklifts, refrigeration, pallet jacks, and merchandising tools.
• Complete inventory controls, safety checks, sanitation procedures, audit documentation, and execution reporting.

Requirements

• Forklift operator qualification and completion of required annual certification.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
• At least 18 years of age and availability for open shifts, including overnight work.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable, full attendance and all required training and certifications.
• Ability to move on hard surfaces, use a pallet jack, lift up to 30 pounds regularly, and work around temperature extremes, loud noise, and cleaning agents.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or college degree.
• Big-box wholesale, retail, grocery, management, forklift operation, or merchandising experience.
