Fund Accounting Manager

What you will do

• Lead and review fund accounting, management accounts, and financial statements for a portfolio of clients.
• Build relationships with clients, auditors, and advisers as a trusted point of contact.
• Oversee daily fund operations, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency, service quality, and client outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members while promoting collaboration and high performance.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Proven experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or alternative investment structures.
• Ability to apply accounting standards pragmatically and effectively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Belfast, UK.
