Print Inside Presales Consultant with Italian

What you will do

• Provide technical recommendations and guidance on hirify.global commercial print products, services, and solutions.
• Answer and track technical questions from internal and external requestors.
• Present the benefits of hirify.global print offerings and support sales representatives with customer requests, including RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.
• Deliver product and solution training to other departments through face-to-face, hands-on, and virtual sessions.
• Manage technical escalations, provide proactive technical updates, and collaborate with presales and worldwide technical resources.
• Maintain service quality, total customer experience, and technical competence.

Requirements

• Native Italian proficiency in spoken and written communication.
• Advanced English proficiency for internal communication, meetings, and training.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or computer science field.
• Current knowledge of printing technologies, hardware, operating systems, software, and networking technologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, teamwork, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience and the ability to work with minimal tactical direction.

Nice to have

• Advanced or native proficiency in Spanish, French, or German.
