Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations (Extrusion)

What you will do

• Lead and support shift operations in a continuous manufacturing environment, maintaining a regular presence on the production floor.
• Plan shift activities, staffing, and resources to meet production schedules and performance goals.
• Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for safety, behavior, performance, and quality.
• Drive Lean continuous improvement by reducing waste, removing barriers, and strengthening team ownership.
• Lead or participate in EHS and quality investigations, problem solving, issue resolution, and corrective actions.
• Monitor shift costs, complete administrative requirements, and communicate operational metrics and site directions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, military, or similar setting.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process safety, and personal safety principles.
• Experience using digital tools and systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including regular coverage of weekends, evenings, nights, holidays, and overtime as scheduled.

• Previous people leadership experience.
