Supervisor, Manufacturing Operations (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: US - NJ - Somerset; onsite manufacturing operations role

Salary: $76,094–$96,386 per year, plus bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Lead the hirify.global Flow Technologies subassembly manufacturing team to achieve production, quality, cost, and safety objectives.
• Implement lean manufacturing, value stream mapping, 5S, continuous improvement, and 8D problem-solving practices.
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, materials, components, assemblies, and customer requirements with Planning and other functions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, third-party certifications, audits, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing quality controls.
• Develop employees through training, mentoring, coaching, cross-training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Track and present KPIs, corrective actions, lessons learned, budgets, inventory, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing Operations, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading technicians, assemblers, and production personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong experience with complex electromechanical equipment manufacturing, including assembly, testing, process improvement, and production support.
• Experience with ERP systems required; SAP experience preferred.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, 5S, root cause analysis, CAPA, audits, compliance, and quality systems required.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment, components, or processes.
• Experience in semiconductor, aerospace, defense, automotive, or another highly regulated quality-driven industry.
