Manufacturing Ops Leader (3D Printing)

What you will do

• Lead daily operations across resin production, fulfillment, logistics, and site performance.
• Drive operational excellence, safety, quality, lean management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Own operations goals, metrics, budgets, costs, risk mitigation, and long-term site strategies.
• Develop employees and build the skills required to support site and business expansion.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality control, engineering, supply chain, procurement, fulfillment, and finance teams on production planning, inventory, resource requirements, and delivery.
• Report site performance to company leadership and support innovation in the 3D printing resin manufacturing process.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, operations, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior production or manufacturing role.
• Experience implementing cultural and operational change initiatives.
• Experience with lean management practices and continuous improvement projects.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, mentoring, and employee development skills.
• Experience with automation equipment and enterprise systems such as MES, ERP, or QMS.

Nice to have

• Experience in chemical engineering or at-scale production.
• Experience aligning and implementing business strategies across multiple departments.
• Success in cultural transformation and organizational change.
• Familiarity with OSHA Process Safety Management or equivalent safety systems.
