Sr. Moulding Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global manufacturing factory in Ciénega de Flores, Mexico. This is not a remote position.

What you will do

• Lead daily moulding operations and deliver production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Develop mid- to long-term production strategies that support business growth and sustainable manufacturing capacity.
• Coach and develop leaders and teams through feedback, succession planning, and continuous learning.
• Manage operational KPIs, resource planning, budgets, and structured performance reporting.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to share best practices and strengthen manufacturing excellence.
• Lead quality, safety, and continuous improvement programs across manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in a production environment.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions using operational insights, KPIs, and business priorities.
• Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team development, motivation, and accountability.
• Experience collaborating across functions and international networks.
• Ability to work onsite at the Ciénega de Flores manufacturing factory in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience in plastic injection moulding or automated production technologies.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and project management.
