What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic and commercial initiatives across the Pan-European Markets region.
• Lead planning, coordination, governance, milestone tracking, and delivery of regional strategic projects.
• Analyze market, customer, consumer, competitor, and commercial performance data to identify opportunities, risks, and recommendations.
• Create executive presentations, business cases, briefing materials, business plans, and strategic review materials.
• Coordinate stakeholders across regional, country, and functional teams and connect regional priorities with country-level execution.
• Use AI-enabled tools responsibly for analysis, research, presentation development, project management, and executive communication.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, business strategy, business insights, or a similar strategic role.
• Experience with strategic analysis, cross-functional project management, and multi-market initiatives.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, including executive presentations and detailed business analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with senior leadership and stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, operate in ambiguity, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Degree-level education or equivalent qualification in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
