What you will do

• Assess patients and families, develop individualized care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Monitor changes in patient condition, notify physicians or supervisors, intervene appropriately, and document care.
• Lead professional nursing practice, delegate and supervise tasks, and evaluate assigned LPN and support staff activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on clinical care, patient safety, quality, evidence-based practice, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Provide clinical feedback and mentoring while supporting continuous learning and professional development.
• Work rotating shifts with 24/7 coverage and manage assigned duties within established shift requirements.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license or current multistate license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Certification in the relevant specialty.
• At least one year of travel nursing experience.
• Act 34 criminal background clearance, Act 33 child abuse clearance, and Act 73 FBI fingerprinting clearance.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
