Location: Work at home in Pennsylvania, United States; remote role with rotating shifts and 24/7 coverage

What you will do

• Assess patients and families, develop individualized care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentor peers, and assign or delegate work to RNs, LPNs, and support staff according to patient needs and competency.
• Monitor changes in patient condition, notify physicians or supervisors, intervene appropriately, and document care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care evaluation, patient safety initiatives, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction programs.
• Promote patient- and family-centered communication and address patient or family concerns.
• Work across assigned units as needed while maintaining competency, time management, and attendance requirements.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license or current multistate licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Specialty certification in the relevant area.
• One year of travel nursing experience.
• Act 34 criminal background clearance, Act 33 child abuse clearance, and Act 73 FBI fingerprinting clearance.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work rotating shifts providing 24/7 coverage from Pennsylvania.
