Senior Manager, Digital Engineering

Location: Hybrid at the Panorama Office site in Centennial, Colorado; Tuesday through Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday work from home.

Annual base hiring range: $143,100–$215,380.

What you will do

• Lead four domain managers and an approximately 80-person global engineering organization across regions and time zones.
• Own engineering quality, technical roadmaps, non-functional standards, and production outcomes across Adobe AEM, SAP Commerce, Oracle, data services, APIs, and integrations.
• Establish a unified engineering operating model focused on accountability, delivery predictability, quality, and velocity.
• Drive code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, secure development, performance engineering, observability, and technical-debt reduction.
• Partner with architecture, infrastructure, security, delivery, quality assurance, and support teams to manage dependencies and end-to-end outcomes.
• Manage engineering vendors, improve partner performance, develop internal capabilities, and communicate technical risks and investment needs to business leaders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital engineering, e-commerce platforms, web applications, or customer-facing software products.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including management of managers or multiple engineering teams.
• Experience leading globally distributed organizations with employees, contractors, matrixed contributors, and external delivery partners.
• Engineering depth in digital experience platforms, commerce, enterprise backend systems, data, APIs, or integrations.
• Working knowledge of cloud services, microservices, API-led integration, CI/CD, automated testing, secure software development, and observability.
• Experience with engineering quality, technical roadmaps, production reliability, vendor management, security, data protection, and PCI considerations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe AEM, SAP Commerce, Oracle, B2B commerce, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Experience modernizing digital platforms while maintaining high availability and active delivery commitments.
• Experience introducing governed AI-assisted software development, testing, documentation, or operations.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
