Senior SEA Manager (m/f/d) (Performance Marketing)

Location: Cologne office, with remote work available within Germany; attendance at team events and occasions requiring office presence is expected.

What you will do

• Plan, implement, and own Google Shopping, Google Search, and Bing campaigns from strategy through daily optimisation.
• Develop and scale the paid search advertising channel and manage its long-term direction.
• Optimise campaign structure, bidding, audiences, feeds, and ad copy.
• Analyse performance data and convert insights into concrete optimisation actions.
• Own the annual budget plan and KPI framework, presenting results and strategy to senior stakeholders.
• Lead A/B and multivariate testing while collaborating with Analytics, Data, Pricing, and Country Management teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SEA or performance marketing experience with ownership of Shopping and Search campaigns at scale.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Merchant Center, and feed optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel or Google Sheets, attribution models, and web analytics such as GA4.
• Fluent English is required.
• German is advantageous but not required.
• Remote work is available only within Germany, with expected participation in office-based team events.

• Experience with ProductsUp.
• Experience building smart workflows or experimenting with LLMs in marketing.
