Senior Research Scientist (Real World Evidence)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Serve as the analytics expert across multiple cross-functional real-world evidence projects.
• Design real-world evidence studies and develop study protocols and analysis plans.
• Conduct data feasibility assessments and create analytic datasets.
• Analyze primary and secondary data and prepare study reports.
• Present and communicate study results internally, externally, and to clients.
• Recommend study direction and identify facilitators and barriers to successful project execution.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in real-world evidence.
• Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or a related health services research discipline.
• Proficiency in SAS or R.
• Experience conducting real-world studies, including protocols, analysis plans, datasets, analyses, and reports.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Understanding of project financial performance and ability to interact with clients across functions.

• PhD in a related health services research discipline.
