About the role
Leapsome is looking for a German-speaking People & Talent Lead to join its People & Culture team. This is a newly created role combining Talent Acquisition, talent management, People processes, systems and AI/automation.

You’ll own Talent and Interface Design within the People & Talent team, helping shape the infrastructure behind how the team operates.

What you’ll do
— Own recruitment cycles across the business, including sourcing, pipeline building and managing open roles
— Design recruitment and talent processes across the employee journey
— Own candidate-facing workflows and contribute to internal People systems and processes
— Work on Leapsome configuration, workflows and talent-cycle architecture
— Represent Leapsome externally through events and advocacy in the German market
— Help shape Recruitment & Talent messaging for Germany

What they’re looking for
— Fluent German
— Experience across recruitment and talent management
— Strong sourcing and pipeline-building experience
— Comfortable speaking publicly, with experience in events, writing, podcasts or other forms of advocacy
— Strong interest in automation and AI, with professional experience using AI-powered talent tools
