Talent Acquisition Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Own recruiting activities from initial candidate contact through final offer.
• Source and approach qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including alignment with hiring teams, offer negotiation, and contract creation.
• Ensure a smooth, respectful, and positive candidate experience.
• Partner with People Partners and Hiring Managers on complex and strategically important roles.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Social Sciences, Business Psychology, or a comparable field from a top university.
• At least one year of experience in recruiting and active sourcing.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident, engaging presence.
• Very good German and English skills required.
• Hands-on attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Experience with Ashby as an applicant tracking system.
