Production Manager, Chromatography/DSP 80-100% (f/m/d)

Location: Fully site-based in Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for manufacturing chromatography processes in the Drug Linker Asset.
• Manage manufacturing execution with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, performance, and cost control.
• Prepare, program, and operate chromatography equipment, including preparative HPLC systems.
• Perform risk analyses, implement control measures, and ensure regulatory compliance and GMP documentation.
• Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, innovation, audits, and technical knowledge transfer.
• Act as a technical and scientific expert for Drug Linker Toxin production and support training and SBP activities.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience with engineering chromatography assets or chromatography applications in production, pharmaceutical process development, API development, clinical supply, or manufacturing sciences.
• Hands-on chromatography experience and programming skills with preparative HPLC equipment.
• Experience leading complex projects in matrix organizations within clinical supply, development, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of chemical process development, scale-up, technology transfer, and GMP manufacturing requirements for chromatography unit operations.
• Fluent English is required. German proficiency is an asset.
