Human Resources Business Partner & Talent Acquisition

Location: Seville, Spain; supporting the San Pablo and Tablada sites

What you will do

• Provide HR Business Partner services and advise a designated organization unit on people-related matters.
• Analyze hiring needs with managers, define position requirements, advertise vacancies, and source candidates through appropriate channels and social networks.
• Conduct preselection and final interviews, analyze online psychometric assessments, and align final selections with managers.
• Build long-term relationships with functional stakeholders and potential candidates.
• Drive HR plans, metrics, reports, policies, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment initiatives.
• Support HR improvement projects and participate in local union negotiations.

Requirements

• University degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Experience as an HR Business Partner or in another Human Resources discipline.
• Ability to understand job skills, competencies, and industry knowledge and translate them into effective candidate-search techniques.
• Experience in project management, strong communication, customer service, and client interaction skills.
• Advanced English and Spanish are required.
• Solution-oriented, flexible, open-minded, hands-on, and committed approach, with awareness of compliance risks and integrity requirements.
