What you will do

• Build and lead the global People function and establish a unified people system across 9 countries.
• Design leveling, compensation bands, benefits principles, performance evaluation cycles, and people analytics for the organization.
• Lead global People Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams across HQ, Spain, Italy, LATAM, and the United States.
• Develop management training, systematic onboarding, talent identification, employer branding, and global hiring standards.
• Define the company-wide people rhythm, operating processes, and communication methods for complex organizational decisions.
• Partner with the CEO and Leadership Team on executive performance evaluation and data-driven assessments of leadership performance and continuity.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience building or leading people systems, teams, or processes from scratch.
• At least 4 years leading people or project teams with real business accountability, such as P&L, budget, or quota responsibility.
• Experience working in multi-country environments with geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical rigor, a data-driven decision-making approach, strong execution standards, and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in top-tier strategy consulting followed by an operational role.
• Experience in international organizations or expanding markets, particularly the United States.
• Experience with compensation, leveling, or performance evaluation systems across multiple countries.
• Catalan language skills and an interest in the education sector.
