USM Strategic Programs Manager (Aviation)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid work with the possibility to work remotely 2 days per week

What you will do

• Plan, organize, and evaluate strategic USM projects and programs for hirify.global.
• Identify and deliver profitable USM business opportunities by partnering with internal teams and USM entities.
• Act as Account Director and focal point for key strategic initiatives throughout the USM program lifecycle.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers, handling operational interactions, complaints, and issue resolution.
• Represent the customer perspective and support departments with airline and MRO maintenance expertise.
• Ensure support organizations meet SLA, supplier operations, and spares availability obligations.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in an airline, MRO, or USM organization.
• Proven customer engagement experience and knowledge of the USM market in commercial aviation.
• Understanding of aviation business, spares support, supply chain management, and maintenance obligations.
• Strong analytical, presentation, diplomatic, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel to engage with internal and external customers.
