Supply Chain Category Manager (Furniture)

What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, performance reviews, and supplier development initiatives.
• Improve lead time, delivery performance, quality, cost, and overall category performance.
• Identify sourcing opportunities, implement risk mitigation plans, and support dual sourcing strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and provide transparent reporting on supplier and category performance.
• Support new product introductions and collaborate with Product Development, Sustainability, and Commercial teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Procurement, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical, and KPI management skills.
• Experience managing international suppliers and complex supply chains.
• Commercial understanding, collaborative communication, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Experience in furniture, design, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries.
