Transport Coordinator (Wind Energy)

Location: Herning, Denmark; relocating to Brande, Denmark in December 2026

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate daily outbound transports from the warehouse to project sites.
• Create and manage transport orders in SAP and OneTMS.
• Book, monitor, and follow up on shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Prepare truck and container load plans and coordinate loading schedules with warehouse personnel.
• Maintain transport data, process goods movements, and communicate delivery status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate packaging, labeling, documentation, inventory transfers, and resolution of shipment discrepancies.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in transportation coordination, warehouse logistics, or freight operations.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and experience with OneTMS or a comparable transport management system.
• Experience with load planning, transport optimization, carriers, and freight forwarders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a valid forklift driver’s license or certificate.
• Strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Solid written and spoken English is required; Danish is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Vocational training or an apprenticeship in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or transportation.
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, service, or wind-energy environment.
