Material Manager (Logistics)

Location: Sønderborg, Denmark. The role is based at the local offices and requires candidates to be able to obtain security clearance from the Danish Defence Intelligence Service, including a minimum of seven years' residency within NATO or the EU.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate project-related materials from order through delivery.
• Act as the main contact for material and logistics matters within projects.
• Track material status, orders, shipments, delays, shortages, and project risks.
• Ensure deliveries comply with contracts, requirements, documentation standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate export control, end-user certificates, dangerous and classified goods, packaging, labeling, transport, and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate warehouse packing slots and collaborate with Procurement, Quality, project teams, and Warehouse to optimize inventory.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a logistics environment.
• Experience with project management and project execution.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to obtain Danish Defence Intelligence Service security clearance, including at least seven years of residency within NATO or the EU.
