Senior Procurement Manager, Sustainability Delivery

Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Relocation support is not offered for this role.

What you will do

• Translate sustainability ambitions into procurement strategies with measurable business and supply chain impact.
• Build a future-ready supplier base supporting circular business models, waste management, and sustainability priorities.
• Lead supplier assessments, capability-building programmes, and sourcing strategies to improve supplier performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with procurement, sustainability, operations, legal, government affairs, and responsible operations stakeholders.
• Develop supply chain solutions that connect central strategy with local execution.
• Create sustainability metrics and reporting that support continuous improvement and regulatory readiness.

Requirements

• Experience delivering procurement, supply chain, sustainability, or extended producer responsibility initiatives in a complex business environment.
• Experience building supplier networks and strengthening supplier capabilities.
• Experience leading supplier assessments, programmes, or sourcing strategies.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and engaging multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong commercial decision-making and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Billund workplace; relocation support is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience applying circular business model principles in procurement or supply chain activities.
• Experience with sustainable supply chain programmes.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to waste movement and management.
• Experience with Extended Producer Responsibility initiatives or similar regulatory frameworks.
