Senior Financial Analyst (Financial Planning and Controlling): Leading monthly actuals, forecasts, budgets, and executive reporting for the Steam Turbines and Generators business with an accent on SG&A, Central Items, KPI analysis, and financial transparency. Focus on consolidating data across sites, translating financial results into actionable insights, and improving reporting workflows through digitalization and LEAN methodology.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid remote/office

What you will do
- Execute monthly actuals, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes across sites and functional areas, focusing on SG&A and Central Items.
- Analyze financial performance and improve forecast accuracy, transparency, and business insight.
- Define, track, and analyze KPIs aligned with strategic business goals.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly executive presentations on Steam Turbines and Generators performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and support high-visibility special projects.
- Improve reporting workflows through digitalization, existing financial reporting tools, and LEAN methodology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience in a global enterprise.
- Strong experience in financial planning, reporting, forecasting, controlling, and accounting principles.
- Experience in matrixed or multinational environments and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
- Fluent English required.
Nice to have
- MBA, CPA, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in commercial project management, commercial sales, or operations.
- Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud, or EPM+.
