Financial Business Partner in Controlling (Fintech)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland; hybrid and flexible working available.

What you will do

• Monitor, analyse, and report monthly performance across business areas, strategic initiatives, and projects.
• Drive project forecasting, coordinate gap analysis, and manage gap-closing activities.
• Host performance measurement and business case review meetings with business partners.
• Coordinate target setting and budgeting across different divisional hierarchy levels.
• Review and approve commercial contracts within the area of responsibility.
• Prepare and implement monthly book-closing materials, including accruals and project completion assessments.

Requirements

• Degree or professional background in finance, controlling, or business economics.
• At least 7 years of experience in a similar controlling role, preferably in the financial or IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and similar enterprise resource planning or analytics systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills, with the ability to work in a demanding and dynamic environment.
• Fluent English required; German is an advantage.

• Experience with software development projects as a project controller or project manager.
• Experience in the financial industry or IT industry.
• German language skills.
